My personal guidelines are up to 6 months for the best quality and no longer than 1 year. Rotating old and new is important!

@Elizabeth - actually the majority of the recipes are for meat main courses. The book is divided into "Chicken" "Pork" "Beef" "Vegetarian and Sides" and "Sauces & Extras". I pretty much made all the vegetarian stuff first because that is what I love to eat!DFWKnitterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02525429127252619304noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-676228542011746484.post-22587902837345987162011-05-23T08:49:07.455-05:002011-05-23T08:49:07.455-05:00Wow! I'm sure the people that will be helping me post-partum would appreciate just taking out a freezer meal. One question about the book, does it have any ideas for high protein, low carb, grain free dishes or is it pretty heavy in vegetarian dishes?Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18034084071411439315noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-676228542011746484.post-87374325582667426012011-05-23T06:44:51.993-05:002011-05-23T06:44:51.993-05:00Wow, everything looks soooo yummy.
